Espinaler Experience Tapas Bar opens its doors in the Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I of Barcelona with a tempting proposal that merge one of the best urban resorts of the city with the prestigious brand of “vermut catalán”.
The space that houses has been completely renovated, giving it a cozy and modern finish, thanks to a combination of materials such as wood, wicker and glass. It also has an original bar, built by the union of several pallets of wood, boxes of fruit and vegetables; wicker baskets and zinc and large whiteboards, to enjoy your tempting gastronomic offer. This gives customers a modern atmosphere with a warm rustic touch in an incomparable setting, since the Espinaler Experience is located on the emblematic gardens of the Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I.
Diners can enjoy a wide selection of tapas as scallops with salsa of “Vieira”, “Bonito” and fish belly with Catalan sauce, “Chipirones”, small sardines coated with olive oil, natural anchovies, octopus accompanied by Galician sauce, anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, mussels or stuffed olives, among other specialties, and accompanying them with Vermouth white wine, secret recipe of Espinaler.
Every canned food, including the potatoes, could be dressed with the famous sauce Espinaler - another recipe elaborated by the family more than 80 years ago. On the other hand, the clients, that would prefer to consume the vermut at home, may acquire a selection of the best products in the gourmet corner of the bar.
