Executive Floor policy
Upon arrival at the hotel there is no need to queue as you go directly to the reception on the 12th floor where you will be welcomed by our receptionist who will check you in moments. For any assistance outside of the executive lounge hours, from 7 am to 23 pm, you should go to the main hotel reception.
In order to confirm your booking we need a credit card number and expiration date.
All reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the arrival date, or one night’s stay will be applied. For reservations of events and/or conferences please see our cancelation conditions.
